Quick answers about Taza
How do I unlock all lessons?
Chapter 1 (6 modules) is completely free. To unlock Chapters 2–5 (22 additional modules), tap the gold banner on the Learn screen or go to Settings → Premium. It is a one-time $19.99 purchase, with no subscription and no renewal.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchase on the paywall screen. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and restores instantly.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All content, including lessons, flashcards, verb conjugations, and the word bank, works fully offline after the initial download. No internet connection is required.
What is the streak and how does it work?
Your streak counts consecutive days you study. Any activity counts, including completing a lesson section, answering a flashcard, or taking a quiz. Missing a day resets the streak to zero.
What is spaced repetition (SRS)?
The Practice tab uses a spaced repetition system to show you words at the optimal time for long-term memory. Rate each card Easy, Good, Hard, or Again, and Easy cards will reappear less often while Hard cards come back sooner.
How do I reset my progress?
Go to More → Progress and scroll to the bottom. Tap Reset All Progress. This clears your streak, quiz scores, and flashcard history. Your premium purchase is not affected.
What Spanish dialect does Taza teach?
Taza is LATAM-focused, with audio covering regional accents from Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Spain. Vocabulary and expressions reflect everyday Latin American Spanish.
